Lake Catemaco Trip in EL DELFIN with a visit to Nanciyaga Preserve

Enjoy a great 3 hour boat trip on our pontoon boat, EL DELFIN. There is room enough for 14 passengers with comfortable seating and a bathroom for your convenience. Soft drinks and beer can be purchased on board. Why not cruise in style? Just imagine the feeling of a warm breeze caressing your face under the bright tropical sun as you glide through the enchanting waters of Lake Catemaco. Enjoy the lush green scenery as our captain takes you to see the monkeys and beautiful birds on islands and other interesting points.
You will also stop to visit Nanciyaga, a tropical nature preserve. There is an additional entrance fee to this preserve. This is one of the most northern areas of the world where tropical rain forest conditions still exist. There you will spend about an hour on a walking tour of this tropical jungle paradise. You will learn about the Olmec Indians and other interesting facts about this region. Nanciyaga is also one of the locations where the movies, The Medicine Man with Sean Connery and the more recent film, Apocalypto (directed by Mel Gibson) was made.
This is one trip you should not miss when you visit Catemaco.

You can reserve EL DELFIN for your group: $600 pesos for a one hour lake cruise
                                                                               $800 pesos for a two 2 hour lake cruise
